How to write a useful bug report
Include your browser and device, the tool you were using (Crop & Resize, Compress, Convert, or Print Sheet), what you expected, and what happened instead. Describe the file type (JPG/PNG/WebP) and approximate size if relevant. Do not attach private photos unless we have asked for a sample.
Response times
TidyCrop is a small project. We read every message and aim to reply when we can, but we do not guarantee a specific response time.
Privacy reminder — do not email photos
TidyCrop processes photos locally in your browser. Your image files are not uploaded to TidyCrop servers during normal use. Please do not email ID photos, passport-style photos, children’s photos, or other sensitive images unless we have explicitly asked you to for a specific support reason.
